traffic in Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, 1929

Main Street of Sleepy Eye, Minnesota, could just about be the main street of Small Town, USA.  The similarity of cars that many find bland today was pretty much the case in the 1920s too, distinctively different body shapes didn't become de rigueur until the 1930s.  One notes a bread delivery van outside the bakery, obviously the proprietor didn't rely on customers coming to buy at the premises.
